You are to choose ONE focus area for your report from the following:
- Illegal drugs
- Money laundering
- Human trafficking
- Counterfeit goods
- Illegal fishing
Your report should include the following as your headings:
- Outline the focus area chosen, including the scale of chosen area of international crime.
- Reference relevant laws, (national/international) that relate to your chosen area of crime, as well as actions taken nationally and internationally to deal with your chosen area of international crime.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of laws/government agencies in dealing with your chosen area of international crime, and the implications of this for national and regional security and stability
- Analyse the role of law in encouraging cooperation and resolving conflict in your chosen area of international crime.
